In return for your time and efforts, we provide our carers with a supporting and uplifting team environment and flexible working arrangements that can fit even the most demanding of schedules.
As a rule of thumb, we are ideally looking for candidates with at least a year of care industry experience – This can be either formalised experience as a carer or informal experience from looking after a family member. If you do not have a year of experience, we can bring you up to speed by shadowing one of our full-time carers.
You will also need a right to work in the UK.
